The Companion Book app

All nine care sheets, in your pocket — even with no signal.

The Companion Book installs on a phone or tablet like any other app: its own icon, its own window, and the nine CareNest sheets ready to fill in wherever care happens.

Free with a CareNest account. Nothing to download from a store.

Why families carry it

A book you turn, not a form you fill

A cover with your loved one's name, then nine pages you move through one at a time — the same nine sheets as the printed book.

Works with no signal

Every word is saved on the device as you type — in a waiting room, a basement ward, or a car park with one bar.

Catches up on its own

The moment there is a connection, pages sync with the CareNest app and with everyone in your family account.

Still prints on paper

Print any page for the fridge door, the handoff folder, or the hospital bag.

The nine pages

Exactly the sheets in the printed book and in CareBinder — change a page in one place and it changes everywhere.

CareNest helps you organise, observe and share what you are seeing. It does not diagnose dementia, suggest changes to medicines, or give medical advice.

Start the book tonight
