Refund Policy

• Cancel any time in Settings → Your plan. You won't be charged again.
• Paid features stay on until the end of the month you already paid for.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a month.
• Charged by mistake, or forgot to cancel? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund that month.

• Arrived damaged or with a printing fault? Email a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
• Changed your mind? Return the unused book within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price (return postage is yours).
• Never arrived? Tell us within 45 days of ordering and we'll resend it or refund you.

The downloadable print-at-home book is free, so there's nothing to refund.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days after we approve them.
