Terms of Service

By creating an account or buying a product you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

CareNest 365 helps families organize, observe, communicate and share care information. It is not a medical provider, does not diagnose, and does not give medical or medication advice. Always follow your loved one's doctors, and call emergency services in an emergency.

• Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only enter information you have the right to share, and only invite people you trust.
• As the care profile owner you decide who joins your circle and what they can edit.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can move up, move down or cancel at any time in Settings → Your plan; after cancelling, paid features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

• No harassment, hateful or unlawful content in the circle chat or community forum.
• No attempts to access other families' information or disrupt the service.
• No reselling or copying the app, sheets or book for commercial use.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You own the care information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you and the people you share it with.

The app, the nine care sheets, the Companion Book, articles and design belong to CareNest 365. You may print sheets and the book for your own family's care.

We work hard to keep CareNest running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, CareNest 365 is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

If we make meaningful changes we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.
